1. 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee on all non-custom, standard products. If you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 60 days of receipt for a refund or an exchange.

2. Policy on Custom Products (All Sales Final)

All custom replacement lenses are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

Because these lenses are precisely manufactured to your unique frame model and prescription, they cannot be resold. Please double-check your frame model and prescription details before confirming your order. Once production begins (typically within 24 hours of order confirmation), the order cannot be canceled.

3. Return Conditions & Non-Returnable Items

To be eligible for a return under our 60-Day Guarantee, your item must be:
In the same condition as received: unused, with all original tags, and in the original packaging.
Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items Include:
Any custom-made products (as stated above).
Items damaged due to customer mishandling or loss.
Gift cards.

4. How to Start a Return or Exchange (Authorization Required)

Do not ship items back without prior authorization. To initiate a return or exchange:
Initiate a Request: Please email us at  contact@tintartoptics.com. Provide your order number and, if applicable, photos of the item.
Receive Instructions: Our customer service team will review your request and, if approved, will provide you with a Return Authorization and instructions on where and how to send your package.
Ship the Item Back: Ship your return using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for return packages lost in transit without a tracking number.

5. Return Shipping Costs & Refunds

Our Error (Wrong/Defective Item): We will provide a full refund, including standard return shipping costs.
Buyer's Remorse (Changed Mind, Ordered Wrong Model): The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected (within 3-5 business days), we will notify you of the approval. Approved refunds will be credited to your original method of payment within 2-3 business days. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders for standard items can be canceled for a full refund only if the cancellation request is received before the order has been shipped. Orders for custom items cannot be canceled once production has commenced (typically 24 hours after order confirmation).
