We offer a 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee on all non-custom products. If you aren't loving your purchase, you can return it within 60 days of receipt for a full refund or an exchange (e.g., for a different color).This guarantee applies to non-custom, standard products.
2. Policy on Custom Products
All custom replacement lenses are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Because these lenses are precisely cut and manufactured to fit your specific frame model and prescription, they are unique to your order and cannot be resold. Please double-check your frame model and prescription details before placing your order.
3. How to Start a Return or Exchange
Visit our Returns Center to begin the process.
Have your order number ready. If you can't find it, please contact us.
4. Need to Exchange for a Different Frame Model?
If the lenses you ordered do not fit your frame and you need to exchange them for a different frame model, please contact us directly contact@tintartoptics.com. Our Eyewear Experts will help you find the right replacement.
Important: This process involves creating a new custom order and is subject to our All Sales Final policy for custom products.
5. One-Year Manufacturer's Warranty
All our products are backed by a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If you experience an issue after the 60-day return window, please submit a warranty claim. We will respond within one business day.
