Order processing time refers to the period between order placement and when we hand your package over to the shipping carrier.
Standard Items: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 business days after order confirmation and payment.
Customized Products: Require 7–10 business days for production and processing before shipment.
Our warehouse operates Monday through Sunday, and weekend delivery is available. Please note that deliveries may experience delays during holiday periods, though we strive to ensure timely delivery whenever possible.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to activate (may be longer during peak seasons or holidays).
Tracking updates may take 48–72 hours to appear in the system. If you are unable to track your package, please contact us, and we will assist you within 48 hours.
Delivery Delays
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please email us at support@tintartoptics.com. We will promptly investigate with the carrier and keep you informed. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order provided the shipment has not yet been prepared. If your payment has been processed but the order has not been shipped, we will issue a full refund.
Once the order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it.
Customs & Import Duties
In some cases, international orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.
We have no control over these fees and cannot predict whether they will be applied. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
Sales Tax
We do not collect sales tax on orders at checkout.
